I've always believed that small moments of help can make a big difference.
GoBluConnect grew from seeing how often people weren't struggling because they were incapable of using technology—they simply needed someone willing to slow down, explain things clearly, and answer their questions without making them feel uncomfortable for asking.
I wanted to create the kind of technology company I'd want helping someone I care about: knowledgeable, approachable, patient, and focused on building confidence.
