GoBluConnect provides non-medical support services for aging adults, including recurring support plans, technology assistance, wellness check-ins, errand support, companionship, and family communication updates.

Consultation Requests

Submitting a consultation request through our website or other channels does not guarantee service availability, scheduling, or acceptance. We will do our best to respond promptly and find a path forward together.

Service Availability

Services are subject to geographic location, scheduling availability, and staffing. GoBluConnect serves select areas and operates during designated service windows. We will always communicate availability clearly and honestly.

Payments

We ask that all fees be paid according to the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.

• Technology visits may require payment prior to or at the time of service
• Recurring support plans may require ongoing billing authorization
• All pricing will be communicated clearly before services begin

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life is unpredictable. We ask for courtesy in return:

• Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee
• We will always do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests

Limitation of Liability

GoBluConnect is not responsible for medical outcomes, healthcare decisions, emergency situations, or the failure of any third-party services. Our role is to provide compassionate, non-medical support — not to replace professional healthcare, legal, or emergency services.
